Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer phone orders Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the Technical Inside Pumps Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
5 years of Pump Parts or related experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Prior inside sales/customer service experience Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Regular in-person attendance required Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm DXP #LI-YH1Physical Demand:
Lifting up to 50lbs assisting in shipping and receiving Working Conditions:
Office Shift Time/Overtime:
Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Travel:
Seldom Education:
