Knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory.
Experience supporting Windows 7, Blackberry, and MS Office 2010.
Knowledge of Cisco VPN Client and Cisco VOIP support.
Excellent communication skills.
Associates degree with two years of related experience OR
High School Diploma with four years specialized experience OR
Bachelors degree with one year experience OR
Masters Degree with no experience.
