Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent is also responsible for supervising Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.'s Retail Shop, achieving the profitability goals and customer service standards established for the operation.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of purchasing in a large volume gift shop and operations of a retail outlet. Knowledge of inventory, receiving and all associated systems and equipment. Ability to review and interpret financial budgets and sales reports. Computer skills required. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a college degree in Business Administration or related field and/or through a minimum of one-year experience in supervising or managing a retail operation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
