Summary:
Position is responsible for providing all types of hair cair and styling, etc. at the Spa at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel. All treatments must be done in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completed and passed State Board of Cosmetology.
Two years experience in a hotel or resort.
Fast paced environment. Must have enthusiasm and posses excellent customer skills.
Must be able to work a close-knit environment with constant co-work involvement.
Essential Job Functions:
The ability to perform all types of hair care services offered at The Spa at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
Must be able to work well with others and as a team.
Knowledge of other services offered at The Spa at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings.
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
Able to stand for a long period of time (up to an average 10 hour shift).
