Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for casino cage cash, coin, chips and records. activities of the Credit Office, ensuring that these responsibilities are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone. Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations. Knowledge of interrelated department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Casino Services. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through three years' bookkeeping and money-handling experience or closely related field. Must be 21 and able to obtain a Louisiana State Gaming License.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
