Automotive Collision Repair Estimator
Automobile Collision repair facility with over 65 years in business is currently searching for an experienced Estimator to join our team!
Applicants interested in this position should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, experience gained through the insurance industry will also be taken into account. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with a variety of insurance company procedures is expected.
Job
Responsibilities:
o Assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate that is accurate and complete
o Maintaining regular contact with the appropriate insurance companies in order to advise on vehicle repair status
o Serving as primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair, by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service through the process
o Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
o Fluent with Mitchel, Audatex or CCC One (Summit CRS management system is a plus)
o Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation in order to meet company insurance qualifications
o I-Car training/certification is a plus

Wage scale begins at $50,000 with considered increase based upon experience.
